Customer Service and Functional Validation

The globalization of markets has led to a high competitiveness among organizations. the pro-ducts and services increasingly have similarities, and the customer becomes more knowledgeable and critical. It redefines The brand-consumer, the loyalty of the customer should be based pri-marily on quality and value. Apparently, the thin line of trust is at risk when the product reaches the hands of the consumer. The literature on cus-tomer service gives little importance and a mini-mum proposal to address the problem when the product or service does not meet what the manu-facturer has promised. In this paper we questio-ned why this and some techniques for functional validation are proposed.
