In the context of the BIS modality (bilingual, international and sustainable) as an educational policy aligned to the New Public Management (NPM), in this paper a methodological scheme is presented to assess the strategies designed to operate the BIS educational system from the approach of the NPM and how they are executed in reality, to suggest possible impacts from an economistic approach based on production functions.
