How has customer service changed in Mexico during the COVID-19 contingency?

This qualitative research aims to highlight the importance and implementation of customer service in companies, which this year suffered a significant impact on their business and professional relationships caused by the COVID-19 virus.
The latter caused a worldwide contingency that caused the partial and total closure of local, national and international companies throughout the world, due to this, organizations generated, innovated and implemented strategies to stay within their sales market.
