Closing Gender Gaps: Work Spaces with Equality

One of the areas of greatest inequality between men and women is the labor. Mexico as an acti-ve member of the United Nations has implemented several actions and initiatives. These actions -in the field Laboral is the Mexican Standard for Occupational Equality between Men and Wo-men, this paper focuses on the importance of this action that equal conditions in the workpla-ce are looking for.
