Commonly, production systems face problems of dispersion, that is, what you want against what you actually achieved. In this paper, a methodology to deal with such situation arises. Based on the classification of problems and its association with various types of dispersion. Similarly, a case of actual application is presented, concluding in the cycle of proposals and leading to the correction of the problem.
