ABSTRACT
According to Kaplan and Norton, 2005, economic indicators reflect the behavior of a set of economic variables through comparative analysis whose purpose is to know the relative strengths and weaknesses. A market study was carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 269 owners of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MiPymes) whose main characteristic is to have founded it before 2019, in the Municipality of Francisco I. Madero, Hidalgo, Mexico. A survey was applied to know the currency fluctuation in the sales of products and services between 2019 and 2022 derived from the growth of three Higher Education Institutions. The random simple method was used to determine the size of sample population under study, with a sampling error of 0.05 and a confidence value of 95% and its coefficient of 1.96, the results indicate an increase of 1.8% with no significant differences per turn; This suggests making an improvement route that includes general strategies in the management of financial resources, as well as the sources of financing in their businesses.
