Dashboard of Executive Competencies for the positions: Human Resources Business Counsel and Human Resources Business Partner

In companies the human resources plays an important role in achieving results, and after establishing executive competencies, a clearer panorama of every position is reached. The present study applies the quantitative approach with a non-experimental and transversal research design; which shows a set of competencies for the HRBC and HRBP figures, for an international company.
