Over the years, the possibility that humanity has had to improve the ways of doing things has been the desire that today allows different areas of knowledge and human activity to exist that make this world a better place to live. Certainly the orientation towards the improvement of our way of living and, consequently, the improvement of the environment -both physical and social- is what has given way to the conformation of the administrative baggage with which we have today and of which, without place to doubt, we benefit.
