The work carried out in this fifth issue is nothing more than the product of the effort and dedication that each of the researchers prints to improve the dissemination of specialized articles for the development of science and technology on a daily basis. The commitment of those of us who make up the editorial committee and the arbitration committee is to always keep the processes clear and transparent at the time of publication.
The contents, although they are the responsibility of the author, invite us to reaffirm an ethical commitment to work for each exercise carried out, since the readers are the ones who have the last word regarding the quality of the research and its texts.
