El desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnología suponen en nuestros tiempos la oportunidad de generar mejores condiciones y oportunidades para optimizar recursos, definir tiempos con mayor precisión, tener cosas que antes eran imposibles, al alcance de nuestras manos, redefinir destinos o situar lo que antes no se podía, de una manera más ágil y precisa.Sin embargo, esto no es suficiente sin el talento humano, ya que es el talento humano quien hace que sucedan las cosas, y que los grandes avances del desarrollo científico y tecnológico sean posibles y rindan frutos, prueba de ello es este octavo número de la Revista Upgto Management Review (UMR), que de manera concisa, transparente y precisa en esta nueva entrega cuatrimestral nos comprueba una vez más porqué la mentefactura no se debe omitir del quehacer diario.
