In general terms, those who know about the subject say that everything that makes a person more in line with their own dignity is what really makes up culture, which leads one to think that when working around generating culture or improving culture of some organization what is really developing is the people and what makes them such, in other words, organizational development is not possible without the development of people.
In this third issue of the UMR Magazine, the topic is addressed twice and is also treated from the initial impulse of the organization that is entrepreneurship, passing through the methodologies of ensuring the fulfillment of objectives in order to obtain the highest level of dividends that the company itself is capable.
